Grande shared that going on tour again may not be something she does for a very, very long time.

Ariana Grande’s 2026 Eternal Sunshine Tour is shaping up to be a final big moment — at least for the time being.
During her visit to the Good Hang with Amy Poehler podcast on Tuesday, Nov. 18, the “Twilight Zone” singer talked about how she envisions the next chapter of her life unfolding.
“The next 10 to 15 years are going to look very different from the last,” said the 32-year-old artist.
“I don’t want to make any firm statements,” she said, explaining her mindset about touring. “I’m really looking forward to this short run of shows, but I have a feeling I won’t be touring again for a very, very long time.”
Even so, Grande noted she’s committed to giving this tour everything she has.
“It’s going to be really special, and I’m incredibly thankful for it — I think that’s part of why I wanted to do it. It feels like a ‘one last hurrah’ for now,” she shared.
When host Amy Poehler, 54, asked her about the direction of her career, Grande said she feels “much more in tune with myself and my creativity” since branching out beyond pop.
“I spent so many years focused solely on pop music, but I grew up loving musical theater and comedy. So I think the healthiest thing for my art — and for me — is to follow whatever feels right in the moment,” she explained.
She added that even simple or unexpected choices can feel refreshing. “I’m working on a film right now because the role grabbed me — the script made me laugh, I love the cast, and I’m genuinely excited about it,” said Grande, who appears in Wicked: For Good and the upcoming Focker In-Law. “And I decided to do a short series of shows next year because that felt true to me as well.”
Grande wrapped by saying, “Listening to those honest instincts feels like the best plan.”
She first announced the Eternal Sunshine Tour for North America and the U.K. in August. The tour, launching in June 2026, supports her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine, which later got a deluxe update titled Eternal Sunshine: Brighter Days Ahead, released in March.
The shows mark her first time returning to the stage in six years, following her Sweetener World Tour in 2019.
In a March 2024 interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Grande said she was eager “to reshape how I feel about touring.”
