Dancer Michael Dameski later reassured fans through an Instagram Stories post, saying he was fine and emphasizing that “the show must go on.”

Lady Gaga briefly paused her recent concert after one of her dancers accidentally fell off the stage during the show in Australia.
The 39-year-old “Bad Romance” artist was seen stopping her Mayhem Ball Tour performance in Sydney on Saturday, Dec. 13, according to videos shared on X and TikTok. The incident happened when a dancer slipped on the rain-soaked stage while Gaga was performing “Garden of Eden.”
Fan-recorded footage shows Gaga rushing toward the edge of the stage as the dancer fell. She signaled for the crew to stop the performance, prompting the music and lights to shut off as the audience applauded. Asking fans for a moment, Gaga reassured the crowd that there had been an onstage accident and requested everyone remain calm while she checked on the dancer.
She leaned down and spoke directly to him, repeatedly asking if he was okay, before offering a hug. After confirming his condition, Gaga returned to prepare the stage so the show could continue.
The dancer was later identified as Michael Dameski, who took to Instagram Stories to update fans. In a video filmed in a bathroom while dancing to “Garden of Eden,” he confirmed he was unharmed and expressed gratitude for the concern, adding that he was happy to finish the final show of the year.
Dameski later reposted another clip showing his return to the stage to complete the performance alongside Gaga, captioning it with the phrase, “The show must go on.”
Gaga first announced the Mayhem Ball Tour in March, launching it in Las Vegas before traveling through major cities across North America and Europe, including New York City, Chicago, London, and Milan.
In September, she revealed plans to expand the tour in 2026, which she is producing with her fiancé, Michael Polansky, by adding more dates and locations.
The tour resumes in February in Glendale, Arizona, with additional stops planned in cities such as Boston, Washington, D.C., and Montreal. Gaga is also scheduled to return to New York’s Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.
