A rare CD featuring recordings by a young Taylor Swift has fetched over $12,000 at auction.

The signed six-track CD, which includes an original song and cover versions of tracks by artists like Dolly Parton and The Chicks, sold for $12,505 on Saturday, June 15, through Goldin Auctions.

Goldin Auctions stated that Swift recorded the CD at age 11 while living in Reading, Pennsylvania. She and her mother, Andrea, later took it to Nashville to promote her music.

The CD features Taylor Swift’s name, a tracklist, a black-and-white portrait of her, and contact information, which is partially obscured by her large, black signature.

The EP includes “Am I Ready for Love” by Celina Berman-Gray and “Can I Go With You” co-written by Greg McElrath and Swift, as well as covers of The Chicks’ “There’s Your Trouble,” LeAnn Rimes’ “One Way Ticket (Because I Can),” Dolly Parton’s “Here You Come Again,” and Olivia Newton-John’s “Hopelessly Devoted To You.”

Now an international superstar, Swift recently marked the 100th show of her Eras Tour at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool, England, on Thursday, June 13. Following three more shows at the same venue, she posted a reflective and celebratory message on Instagram.

“So many dreamy memories from Liverpool!! We played our 100th show on The Eras Tour (which feels truly deranged to say because this show feels new to me every time we play it),” Swift wrote in her caption.

The 14-time Grammy winner continued, “I want to say thank you to our Eras Tour crew, my fellow performers, and band who have now committed hundreds of hours to putting on this show and giving their all on and behind that stage. I can’t believe the work ethic, creativity, and dedication I get to be surrounded with every day.”

Swift then spoke about her three performances at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium: “All 3 Liverpool crowds were so expressive and generous and endlessly FUN,” she noted. “Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend (you broke the all-time stadium attendance record!!)

She added, “AND thank you to everyone who has come to any of the shows on The Eras Tour. It’s been the adventure of a lifetime because of you. 🤍”

The Eras Tour resumes on Tuesday, June 18, at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, continuing through Europe until Tuesday, August 20. Afterward, Swift will return to North America for a series of shows in the United States and Canada, concluding on Sunday, December 8, at BC Place in Vancouver.
