Cabello’s upcoming album, ‘C, XOXO,’ is set for release on June 28.

Camila Cabello is offering fans a taste of the sultry vibe of her forthcoming album, ‘C, XOXO.’

On Friday, June 21, Cabello dropped the newest track from her eagerly awaited fourth studio album, titled “Chanel No. 5.”

In this pop song, Cabello embraces her “sensual” side, singing about being a confident woman who knows what she wants.

“Cute girl with a sick mind/I know just how to play my cards right/Wrist, wrist, spritz, spritz, make him come alive (Ah)/Chanel No. 5,” she sings. “If I want him, he’s all mine/I know just how to f— with his mind/Wrist, wrist, spritz, spritz, make him come alive (Ah)/Chanel No. 5.”

Before the song’s release, Cabello, 27, discussed how the track aligns with the overarching theme of her album.

“The world of ‘C, XOXO’ is deeply sensual, in the true sense of the word. Sensual meaning ‘of the senses’—taste, touch, sight, smell, and sound,” she explained.

“I wanted you to experience the sensory world I inhabited while writing it—red chipped nails as our version of wabi-sabi, being tongue-tied as a form of shibari. We’re as subtle and complex as the taste of umami, magical and real like a Murakami novel,” she elaborated, tying these ideas to the song’s lyrics.

She added, “Above all, I want us to feel powerful when we are seen, heard, touched, inhaled, and tasted—that ‘wrist wrist spritz spritz’ making him come alive, Chanel No. 5.”

Cabello wrapped up her message by calling the song “my gift to you before the album,” which drops on Friday, June 28. She also mentioned that a music video for the track is on the way.

“Chanel No. 5” comes after her collaborations with Lil Nas X on “He Knows” and Playboi Carti on “I Luv It.”

Earlier this month, the “Bam Bam” singer performed “I Luv It” on The Tonight Show, where she appeared blindfolded alongside her dancers and two robot dogs.

She first performed the track—which debuted at No. 81 on the Billboard Hot 100—during Lana Del Rey’s headlining set at the second weekend of Coachella in April.

In a statement about the single, Cabello shared, “Certain things in our human realm make me feel like I’m in outer space, and the very rare times I’ve had incredible chemistry with someone is one of them.”

She added, “Part of that experience is also the emotional drama between you and that person—the chaos, butterflies, nerves, and passion. It’s unsustainable, not peaceful, and exhausting, but also, I LUV IT.”
