The Grammy-nominated rapper’s upcoming album, ‘Y2K,’ is set to be released on July 26.

Ice Spice keeps the excitement alive for her debut album, Y2K, while holding back some surprises. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the 2024 BET Awards on June 30, the Grammy-nominated rapper discussed the “crazy collaboration” she hinted at earlier this year. She revealed that the album will feature “a couple” of these exciting collaborations.

“That’s what I can say,” Ice, 24, shared about her July 26 release. “Yes, of course, more than one.”

When asked if her friend Taylor Swift will “return the favor” after Ice featured on Swift’s “Karma” remix in May 2023, the rapper, whose real name is Isis Gaston, remained elusive about any potential collaboration.

“I think she did me the favor,” Ice said. “But I don’t know. Let’s see, let’s see, let’s see.”

Ice Spice is gearing up for her first headlining tour, the Y2K! World Tour, which kicks off with international festival performances in early July, followed by U.S. dates later in the month. She mentioned to Entertainment Tonight that her collaborators Taylor Swift, 34, and Nicki Minaj are “always welcome” to join her on stage.

“You know, they’re busy ladies, right? On sold-out tours. Congratulations to them,” Ice said when asked about potential joint performances. “They know they’re always welcome.”

Back in February, Ice teased her album while discussing her Starry Super Bowl ad with PEOPLE. She expressed excitement at the idea of Swift collaborating with her go-to producer RiotUSA. “I would love to hear that,” she said. “That would be so fun.”

At the BET Awards this weekend, Bronx rapper Ice Spice delivered electrifying performances of two tracks from her upcoming album: “Think U The Shit (Fart)” and her latest single, “Phat Butt.” She dazzled the audience in a two-piece ensemble by I.AM.GIA, performing in front of a graffiti-covered garage door with her dancers, ending the set with a spectacular display of lights and fire on the screen behind her.

On the red carpet, Ice Spice made a statement in a tangerine Versace gown from the spring/summer 2004 collection.

Her first-ever headlining tour kicks off in the U.S. on July 30 in Washington, D.C., and will continue through August, concluding on August 31 in Miami.
