Jonas Brothers Bring Back a Camp Rock Classic and Cover The Cranberries During Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest

The Jonas Brothers are all about keeping the music alive all night.
Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas came together for a special performance during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, treating fans to “Play My Music” from the 2008 Disney Channel movie Camp Rock.
Kevin (37), Joe (35), and Nick (32) lit up the Times Square stage with the second single from Camp Rock, delivering a wave of nostalgia to fans as the opening notes rang out just minutes after midnight.
“Jonas Brothers performing Play My Music in 2025? Definitely not on my bingo card,” one fan quipped.
Another wrote, “Starting the year with the Jonas Brothers singing Play My Music was a total win for me.”
A third fan joined in with humor, saying, “First song of the year: Play My Music by the Jonas Brothers, featuring Joe’s mustache.”
In addition to their nostalgic Disney Channel hit, the Jonas Brothers treated fans to their 2019 smash Sucker and a heartfelt cover of Dreams by The Cranberries.
Before stepping onto the stage, the trio shared exciting news: a collaboration with Marshmello set to drop on January 17. Nick also expressed his enthusiasm for his upcoming Broadway debut in The Last Five Years, saying he “absolutely can’t wait” to take on the role.
Kevin revealed that the Jonas Brothers are gearing up for a 2025 tour, hinting that their New Year’s Eve setlist included “a lot of songs you’ll hear on the next tour — a sneak peek of what’s coming.”
The Times Square celebration also featured performances from Mickey Guyton, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, TLC, Kapo, Carrie Underwood, and Rita Ora, making it a star-studded start to the new year.
Nick reflected on the enduring popularity of Camp Rock during an August interview with PEOPLE, sharing that he finds it “amusing” that scenes from the movie continue to go viral more than 15 years after its debut.
“I understand the impact the film had and still has,” he said. “And I find it super amusing to see clips from it gaining traction now on TikTok and other platforms.”
Nick added with a laugh, “I’m going to say ‘amusing’ because it really is hilarious. I specifically remember the ‘stomp moment’ and thinking while we were filming, ‘This is really strange.’”
