Taylor Swift brought a Bo Peep-inspired fashion statement to the premiere of Toy Story 5.
The 36-year-old singer made a rare red-carpet appearance at the film’s launch event, which took place only weeks after she introduced her latest soundtrack contribution, “I Knew It, I Knew You.”
For the June 9 premiere, Swift opted for an elegant white off-the-shoulder mini dress by Erdem. The outfit, decorated with delicate floral details, appeared to draw inspiration from Bo Peep, one of the beloved characters from the Toy Story series. The colorful floral pattern stood out vividly against the event’s red-carpet setting.
During the event, Swift joined the rest of the Toy Story 5 cast for group photographs. She was also pictured holding a signed VHS copy of the original Toy Story, featuring autographs from several cast members.
The singer seems to be embracing a more nostalgic aesthetic during her collaboration with Disney, favoring a natural hairstyle and understated makeup look, which was also reflected in the artwork for her new single.
Her appearance comes amid the remarkable success of “I Knew It, I Knew You.” Within hours of its June 5 release, the country-inspired track—featuring harmonica and banjo elements—achieved major milestones across multiple streaming platforms.
Apple Music reported that the song became its most successful country release of 2026 and set a new first-day streaming record for a soundtrack single. Spotify announced that it had become the most-streamed country song by a female artist within a single day on the platform. Amazon Music likewise revealed that the track delivered the strongest global first-day streaming debut of any song released in 2026.
Swift also shared an emotional message on Instagram about the project. She explained that writing the song felt both like exploring new creative territory and reconnecting with familiar musical roots. The artist added that composing music for the character Jessie was both a unique challenge and a natural experience. Reflecting on her lifelong affection for the Toy Story franchise, she noted that she has been a fan since childhood and closed her message with the series’ iconic phrase, “to infinity and beyond.”
