Taylor Swift fights back tears while addressing fans during her final Eras Tour show in Toronto: ‘And it’s not even the last one!’

The 14-time Grammy winner, after delivering six sold-out performances at the Rogers Centre, is set to conclude her tour in Vancouver.
Taylor Swift is feeling the weight of emotions as her globe-spanning Eras Tour nears its conclusion.
During her final Toronto show on Saturday, Nov. 23, the 34-year-old pop star became visibly emotional after receiving a prolonged standing ovation following her performance of evermore’s “Champagne Problems” at Rogers Centre.
In a TikTok video shared by a fan, Swift expressed her gratitude, telling the crowd, “Toronto, we’re at the very end of this tour, so you doing that—you have no idea how much it means to me and to my…” She then appeared overcome with emotion, turning away briefly before facing the cheering audience again.
The singer of “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart” continued, “This tour… I don’t even know what I’m saying anymore. That was… uh, I’m just having a bit of a moment, so…” Swift paused, wiping away tears as the crowd offered their support with applause and encouragement.
Laughing through her tears, she lightened the mood by joking, “It’s not even the last show!” before sincerely adding, “My band, my crew, all of my fellow performers—we’ve poured so much of our lives into this. And you’ve given so much of your lives to be here with us tonight, giving us a moment we’ll never forget.”
“We’ve absolutely loved our time in Toronto—it’s been truly incredible,” Swift shared, her voice faltering as she became emotional once more. She paused to wipe her eyes a second time while the audience responded with thunderous applause and words of encouragement.
“I love you all so much. Thank you for that,” she said, bringing the heartfelt moment to a close.
Later in the evening, Swift treated fans to two surprise acoustic mashups during the secret songs portion of her epic 45-song setlist. She performed a mashup of Sparks Fly and Message in a Bottle on acoustic guitar, followed by a piano rendition blending You’re Losing Me and How Did It End?
Footage shared on social media from Saturday’s concert revealed Travis Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, attending the show and exchanging friendship bracelets with fans in the crowd. He was also seen standing alongside Andrea Swift, Taylor’s mom, in the VIP section during the performance.
Ed Kelce’s appearance comes as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce mark over a year of dating.
Before Swift kicked off her Toronto concert series on Nov. 14, Canada enthusiastically welcomed the global superstar with open arms.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau joined in the excitement with a playful, Reputation-inspired welcome on X (formerly Twitter).
“We’re ready for you, @taylorswift13. Good choice wrapping the Eras Tour in Canada. Has this always been your endgame? #TorontoVancouver,” Trudeau posted, cleverly referencing Swift’s songs “…Ready For It?” and “End Game.”
