Taylor Swift Shares That Her ‘Emotions Are Running High’ Ahead of the Last Three Eras Tour Performances

Following six performances in Toronto, Swift now has only three remaining shows in Vancouver.
As the Eras Tour nears its finale, Taylor Swift may be wondering, “Is It Over Now?”
The “Cruel Summer” artist took a moment to reflect on her six “incredible” Toronto performances, the second-to-last stop on the tour, in a heartfelt Instagram post on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
“Playing in Canada after so long was amazing. The Toronto fans made it feel like a hometown show,” the 34-year-old shared. “I couldn’t have asked for more love or kindness from everyone who came out.”
Among the audience were several special guests, including Swift’s mom Andrea, her brother Austin, Mariska Hargitay, Zooey Deschanel, Jonathan Scott, and Ed Kelce, the father of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Swift also took a moment to praise her opening act, Gracie Abrams, who joined her onstage for a special mash-up during the Saturday, Nov. 16 show.
“I got to perform a mash-up of the Grammy-nominated song ‘us’ with @gracieabrams, blending it with ‘Out of the Woods,’ and I absolutely adore her,” Swift wrote. “She’s delivered incredible performances every night on this tour!”
Abrams, 25, has been the opening act for several of Swift’s shows, including stops in Miami, New Orleans, and Indianapolis. She is set to join Swift again for the upcoming Vancouver shows next month.
“The emotions have really intensified for me and the entire team,” Swift shared, reflecting on the reality that their next stop marks the final city of The Eras Tour. “It feels incredibly real now: we’re approaching the close of the most extraordinary chapter of my life so far.”
She added, “See you soon, Vancouver. We’re ready to give it everything we have for these last three shows. 🥲”
During her Sunday, Nov. 23 performance, Swift appeared visibly emotional, especially during a prolonged standing ovation following her performance of the evermore ballad “Champagne Problems.” Fighting back tears, she expressed her gratitude.
“Toronto, we’re so close to the end of this tour, and what you just did means more to me and to my…” she trailed off in a video, pausing to wipe her eyes.
“It’s not even the last show!” she joked before continuing. “My band, crew, and fellow performers have poured so much of ourselves into this. And you’ve given so much of yourselves to be here tonight, creating a moment we’ll never forget.”
